Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Grow for Texas, trading as Grow, and to everything you do on growfortexas.com. It covers the information you give us directly, such as when you fill in an inquiry form, and the information we collect automatically as you browse.
If you become a client, a separate services agreement governs the data we handle on your behalf, such as your customer records or advertising accounts. This policy covers our own website and marketing only.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in a message or on a call.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived, and how long you stay.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and, where you have consented, advertising measurement.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To deliver and support the services you have asked us for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve the site.
- To send you occasional updates, only where you have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our email platform, our analytics and advertising tools, our hosting provider, and our accountants. Each is bound by contract to use the data only for the work we ask them to do.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for two years from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, which is the period our accounting and tax obligations require. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work at all. Others are analytics cookies that tell us which pages people read and where they leave, and advertising cookies that let us measure whether a campaign produced an inquiry.
You can refuse or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Turning off the necessary ones may break parts of the site, but nothing else will stop working.
Your rights
To exercise any of these, email hello@growfortexas.com. We respond within thirty days and we do not charge for it.
- Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
- Ask us to stop using your information for marketing, which we will action immediately.
- Ask us to export your information in a portable format.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it, and we use multi factor authentication on every account that supports it. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly rather than quietly.
Children
Our services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
