Terms of service
The rules for using this site, and the basis on which we take on and deliver work.

Agreement to these terms
By using growfortexas.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Grow for Texas, trading as Grow, operates this website from Texas.
What this site is
This website describes services we offer and the markets we serve. The content is provided for information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your particular situation. Search rankings, advertising costs, and conversion rates depend on your market, your budget, and factors outside anyone's control, so we describe what we do rather than promise a number.
How engagements actually work
- Every engagement starts with a written scope covering the work, the timeline, and the price.
- Work begins once you have approved that scope in writing.
- Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is started, never added to an invoice after the fact.
- Where a written services agreement exists between us, that agreement governs the work and takes precedence over this page.
Payment
Project work is typically invoiced in stages tied to delivery milestones. Retained services are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within fourteen days unless your agreement says otherwise. If an invoice goes materially overdue we may pause work, and we will tell you before we do.
Ownership of what we build
On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce for you: your website, your designs, your copy, your code, and every advertising and analytics account we set up in your name. We do not hold accounts hostage and there is no fee for handing anything over.
We keep ownership of our own pre existing tools, internal frameworks, and general know how. We may also reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
- Respond to review requests within a reasonable time, since delays move timelines.
- Make sure you hold the rights to any content, logos, or images you supply to us.
- Keep your own accounts secure, including the ones we hand over to you.
Third party services
Our work often runs on platforms owned by other companies, including search engines, advertising networks, hosting providers, and software vendors. Their terms, pricing, and policies are theirs to change. We are not responsible for a third party changing its rules, its algorithm, or its prices, though we will always tell you when it affects you and recommend what to do about it.
Intellectual property on this site
The content, design, and code of growfortexas.com belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print, and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, resell, or systematically copy the site or its content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising from use of this site or of our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending an engagement
Retained services can be canceled by either side with thirty days written notice. There is no lock in period and no exit penalty. Project work can be stopped at any point, with payment due for work completed up to that date. On termination we hand over everything you own, in a usable format.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before anyone goes to court we would ask that you call us, because most disputes turn out to be misunderstandings that a conversation fixes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
